ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER

The responsibility of an Account Manager is to plan, develop and manage customers’ digital marketing strategies so as to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. Additionally, they are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join our team!

The role of a project manager demands leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure and maintain and coordinate all the work among the team. 

Duties & Roles

To monitor and oversee:

A project manager must maintain a daily To-Do for the team along with a weekly To-Do in an important - non-important, urgent - non-urgent format and have to make sure that all the work is carried out efficiently, and in time and at the end of the day the project manager has to enter all the works done by its team in a google sheet.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

To plan and Execute:

A project manager must come up with new strategies and plans for their clients every month. Using a carefully created content plan, the project manager will assign the designers and video editors their work beforehand ). For all special occasions in a month, the manager should assign the task in advance. Occasionally, the project manager needs to optimize all social media platforms as per requirements. Updating cover images, changing service hours, making special announcements, and so on.
