Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEx)

Expanding your ‘points de vue’ and fostering meaningful connections while studying alongside your growth-oriented peers, you will build the competencies that differentiate you to lead business operations across the transnational landscape. Global exporsure with

International Immersion

The program participants have a foreign land for in-company training and may have to visit a partner Institution with similar program objectives and earn credits as a part of the global curriculum. The international immersion develops awareness about cultural and communication diversities and helps understand the region’s economic, business and geopolitical environment. The in-company training in the foreign land helps them understand the global business processes and practices while comparing and contrasting with those in India and being aware of the disruptive technologies shaping the business processes and practices.

Eligibility Criteria for

Application & Admission

The Admission Process for PGPEx (2022-23) is now open with the following Eligibility Criteria – 

Education

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised institution

Qualifying Examination:

Min 50 percentile (overall) or GMAT: Min 500 score (overall)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience (as on 31 March 2022) after bachelor’s degree. Relaxation up to 1 year is available for candidates with at least 1-year field experience outside India.

We seek a highly-selective cohort of professionals with a blend of corporate experience, intellectual curiosity, and international ambition. Whether your aim is to establish a business or change careers, whether by industry or function, or both- the program paves the stage for a transformational experience.

The important dates for Round-1 are:

  1. Application process initiation: 11th October, 2021
  2. Last date for submission of application: 10th November, 2021
  3. Intimation of interviews for shortlisted applicants: 15th November, 2021
  4. Admission Interviews: Tentatively around first week of December, 2021
  5. Declaration of results: by 15th December, 2021

The admission process for PGPEx (2022-23) will be conducted in two rounds. Each of these will comprise of the following steps:

  1. Filling of the application form by interested candidates
  2. Shortlisting of applicants for Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. The applicants will be informed about this process, which may include other components too, once they are shortlisted for the process.
  3. Conduct of Group Discussion and/or Personal Interviews. Each applicant is expected to select three venues for this, in the order of their preference. The Institute will intimate the applicants about the final venue and schedule of this process. The differently abled applicants will have the option to attend this process over online mode.
  4. Declaration of successful and wait listed candidates.

The important dates for Round-2 are:

  1. Application process initiation: 15th January, 2022
  2. Last date for submission of application: 30th January, 2022
  3. Intimation of interviews for shortlisted applicants: 2nd February, 2022
  4. Admission Interviews: Tentatively around mid February, 2022
  5. Declaration of results: by 25th February, 2021
